Rolling Frame Revue Policies

  • We require 50% deposit on all orders.

  • We usually have a three week turnaround

  • We will always notify the customer upon completion of a project. If you haven’t heard from us, it’s not done.

Also please note:

  • Picture framing is a custom service.

  • Materials can be out of stock.

  • Projects may take longer than expected.

  • Dry-mounting is not a perfect process.

  • Valuable or irreplaceable art should NOT be drymounted.

  • We can not replace art ruined or damaged in the drymount press.
